About The Position

Denny's is seeking a Server to join their Front of House (FOH) team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages promptly. You will also utilize upselling skills to recommend specials and menu items, assist guests with selections, and promote the Denny's Rewards Program. Maintaining a clean dining room, processing payments efficiently, and collaborating with team members are also key aspects of this position. The goal is to help guests enjoy more value through the Rewards Program and deliver dependable service with every shift.

Requirements

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities
