About The Position
Pies & Pints is hiring charismatic, hard-working, detail-oriented Servers who want to contribute to a fun, challenging, team-based environment and help maintain the restaurant’s tradition of unique pizza offerings. Servers provide guests with an experience that exceeds expectations by welcoming them, guiding them through food and beer menus, and supporting the team and dining room as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work with a team and actively engage with other team members to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow sanitation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Charismatic, hard-working, and detail-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Help establish a team-based environment by maintaining dining room cleanliness, completing side work, and helping wherever needed.
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
- Explain food and beer menu items and suggest options that best fit guests’ needs.
- Contribute to an experience that exceeds guests’ expectations every day.
