About The Position

The Country Club of Rochester is a prestigious Platinum Club of America and one of the country's oldest clubs with deep roots in the community. This is a great chance to be part of a devoted team who takes pride in providing excellent service. We are seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the Server Position! Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and Clubhouse Manager, the Server is responsible for the overall execution of the member and guest experience while dining at the Club.

Requirements

• Must have weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests by name when possible
• Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while dining at the Club
• Taking orders, presenting, and explaining specials, offering information, and making suggestions about the menu
• Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary
• Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage Manager
• Must have weekday and weekend availability.
