About The Position

Egg Harbor Cafe is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their "Hospitality Core Team" as Servers at their Belleview Station, Colorado location. This role is integral to the company's goal of becoming the top choice for dining out by providing excellent service, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a diverse menu. Servers will engage in daily interactions with guests and team members, contributing to a fulfilling experience for everyone. The restaurant operates with early shifts, closing at 2 PM, and is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. The ideal candidate is a team player who is responsible, trustworthy, prompt, reliable, and self-motivated, with a positive attitude, flexibility, energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic. Servers are expected to support their colleagues, treat everyone with kindness and respect, maintain a presentable appearance, stay organized, accurately use a POS tablet for orders, and have thorough menu knowledge to ensure the best possible guest experience.
