About The Position
Egg Harbor Cafe is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their "Hospitality Support Team" as a Busser at their Belleview Station location in Colorado. This role is an excellent stepping stone into the restaurant industry. The Hospitality Support Team, which includes hosts, food runners, baristas, and bussers, works together to enhance the guest experience by supporting servers, delivering food and drinks, accommodating guests, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean dining area. Egg Harbor Cafe is committed to building a strong customer base through excellence, a warm atmosphere, and diverse food offerings. As a Busser, you will play an integral role in ensuring Egg Harbor Cafe is the top choice for dining out. You will collaborate with a team, interact with guests and colleagues daily, and contribute to a positive and fulfilling experience for everyone. Shifts are early, with no night work, and the restaurant closes at 2 pm. While scheduling is generally flexible, weekend and holiday availability is important as these are the busiest times. The cafe is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Responsibilities
- Keep floors swept or vacuumed and free from debris.
- Assist in clearing plates, glassware, and silverware from guests when they are finished.
- Assist servers in retrieving items for guests when needed.
- Restock glassware and silverware.
- Keep common areas (including lobby and restrooms) clean and tidy.
- Communicate with staff at the front when tables are clean and ready to be seated.
- Work and communicate with other team members towards a common goal of our guest having the best experience possible.
- Support other tasks as needed (i.e., organizing and bagging to-go orders).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Perform opening/closing and on shift side work and maintenance properly.
