About The Position

We are looking for friendly, good communicators, courteous, energetic and passionate candidates to serve our great food with exceptional customer service to the community. Do you like to keep busy and use the downtime to prepare and clean for the following shift? Do you like to see customers smile and return time and time again? We enjoy providing our guests with the best possible food drink, but we need your help to make us even better. Mimmo's Italian Restaurant started in St. Albans, VT in 1995, and later in Essex Junction, VT in 2003. We pride ourselves in our made from scratch food that is fresh and custom prepared to order. We take pride in serving the communities where we do business by providing great quality Italian food, with great customer service and reasonable prices. We believe that the good time starts in the kitchen and spills out into the dining room.

Responsibilities

• Preparing tables.
• Greeting and seating customers.
• Menu knowledge with the ability to make recommendations.
• Taking phone orders.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Accepting payments.
• Sanitizing and keeping the dining room and other areas clean.
