About The Position

Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits is a family-owned, high-volume restaurant with a 30+ year history. We are currently hiring Servers and value good employees, always looking to add talent to our team. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems including difficult or emotional customer situations in a professional and efficient manner.
• Team mentality and an all-hands approach.
• Ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Serving Permit complying with state requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Local experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Exhibits knowledge of hours of operation, menu prices, table numbers, and basic equipment including the POS system.
• Anticipates needs of guests, facilitating Food and Beverage orders courteously and efficiently, utilizing polite upselling techniques when appropriate.
• Presents checks and collects payments in an organized manner.
• Maintains dining and service stations by keeping the areas tidy, cleaning, and stocking as needed.
