Requirements

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Climbing stairs may be required.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team environment
Acquire and maintain proper regulatory serving permits.
Lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, including regularly scheduled cleaning and occasional deep cleaning.
Able to multitask while always making guests the first priority.
Be familiar with the local farmers and purveyors we partner with and the relationships that connect our ingredients to our community.
Take guest orders, operate POS systems, bus tables, run food/drinks, complete required side work and additional duties as assigned.
