Server - Antelope Valley Chili's
About The Position
Servers provide hospitable, customized service and help deliver the Chili's guest experience. They learn the menu, explain offerings to Guests, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The role suits someone who takes pride in great service, enjoys making people feel special, and can respond quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
