About The Position

The Server is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from seating through payment. This role requires strong communication skills, cooperate well within a team, product knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Food handler's certification and/or alcohol service certification (if none, we will train)

Responsibilities

Greet guests with “Welcome to Lazydays!” and provide accurate information on Crown Club Dining
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system and/or through to the kitchen.
Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy
Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Process payments and handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order flow
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Assist with opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned
