About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable On-Call Server to join our dining team and help make every meal feel special.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependability and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to pick up shifts as needed, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking supplies.
- Support community events and special dining experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
- Provide attentive service while getting to know residents and their preferences.
