About The Position
Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to Guests in the restaurant. Our purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. Maggiano's Little Italy is an Italian American tradition. We host special events and help create special memories, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank. We also contribute to the Brinker Family Fund to help our own in times of need. We ask a lot of our people: long days, energetic service, staying upbeat, putting everyone else ahead of ourselves, and hoisting heavy plates.
