About The Position

The Server works in the community’s fine-dining, in-house restaurant, serving food to residents and guests. The restaurant features made-to-order dining, fresh ingredients, and seasonal and regional menus. The position offers part-time work and no late nights. Training is provided.

Requirements

• Maintain required food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service.
• Stay knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Help keep dining tables and chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.
