About The Position

This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others by serving and distributing meals in a timely and professional manner. The role involves setting up dining areas, assisting with routine cleaning tasks, and maintaining cleanliness in various service areas. You will also be responsible for returning soiled service items and linens, ensuring utensils and supplies are ready for next use, and supporting special functions as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age or older
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide for prompt service
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.
• Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
• Candidates must also complete a QuantiFERON Gold TB Blood Test as part of their pre-hire drug screen and physical.
• Illinois Health Care Worker Background Check Act Screening
• National, State, County Criminal Background Checks
• Federal and state exclusion screening (OIG/Medicare/Medicaid)
• Pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
• Verification of work authorization
