About The Position

Lucky 13 Salt Lake City is seeking experienced servers to join their team. This is a high-volume, high-energy bar known for award-winning burgers and cocktails, with a culture focused on hospitality, professionalism, consistency, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, intelligent, quick-thinking, kind, hospitality-driven, dependable, punctual, professional under pressure, and driven to perform at a high level. This is not an entry-level position and requires a minimum of two years of serving experience with verified references. The role demands servers who can control their section confidently, maintain composure under pressure, anticipate guest needs, work as part of a team, deliver knowledgeable and polished hospitality, and handle volume without sacrificing service quality. The right person is charismatic, sharp, organized, self-aware, and genuinely enjoys hospitality.
