Sell and serve Shrimp Basket food and drinks in a professional manner. This role involves maintaining complete knowledge of the menu, taking and preparing orders for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items, and using a computer-based POS system to ring in orders. The server will suggestively sell and serve food and drinks to multiple tables, refill drinks, and handle various payment types. Additionally, the position requires maintaining specific side-work duties to ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant, clearing and resetting tables, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. A key aspect of the role is checking identification for alcohol service and politely refusing service when necessary, while always striving to exceed customer expectations.
