About The Position

Larksfield Place Retirement Communities is seeking a reliable and courteous individual to join their team as an Assisted Living Server. This role is responsible for creating memorable dining experiences and delivering high-quality dining services in a vibrant senior living environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and professionalism, taking pride in providing restaurant-style service in an upscale senior living setting. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the food service, fine dining, or hospitality sectors.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Physical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases required
• Courteous, dependable, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent presentation and accuracy
• Check in with residents during meals and respond promptly to additional service needs
• Perform side work, including table setup, restocking, and cleaning, to maintain a polished dining room
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols
• Respond to resident feedback and service needs with respect and a helpful attitude
