About The Position

Join the ASC Culinary team as a Server, where your positive attitude and exceptional service contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents and their families every day. This role involves partnering with culinary leaders to meet resident needs, taking meal orders, assisting with meal preparation, bussing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining room and kitchen area.

Requirements

Commitment to customer service and willingness to help others with their needs.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with culinary leaders to best meet the needs of residents to provide a positive dining experience.
Take resident meal orders as they are seated.
Assist in preparation of meal items.
Buss tables and wash dishes.
Always maintain the dining room and kitchen area in clean condition.
