About The Position

The Server plays a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to members and guests. As part of the Front of House Service team, your essential functions and responsibilities include providing exceptional hospitality and service throughout all interactions with members and guests, consistently anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. You will serve food and beverages in dining outlets, on-course, and during events in a professional and timely manner. This role involves preparing dining areas for service, including cleaning, setting, and resetting tables and service stations. You will receive and accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure proper account handling. Preparing and delivering food and beverage items in accordance with service and presentation standards, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and service stations are also key responsibilities. Completing daily side work, opening, and closing responsibilities, including basic accounting tasks as assigned, and monitoring guest needs throughout the dining experience and responding promptly and professionally are expected. You will also stock, organize, move supplies, and assist with furniture or room resets as needed. Supporting special events, banquets, and club functions as assigned, and adhering to all Dormie Network policies, procedures, safety, and food handling standards are crucial. Performing additional duties as needed to support the Food and Beverage operation and working collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team environment are also part of the role. Consistently greeting members, guests, and fellow employees with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to help is expected.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and standard service equipment.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage service or a related hospitality setting preferred.
