About The Position

Denny's is looking for a Server to join their FOH team. As a Server, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages promptly. You will also utilize upselling skills to recommend specials and popular menu items, offer menu recommendations based on guest preferences, and invite guests to join the Denny’s Rewards Program. Maintaining a clean dining room and processing payments efficiently are also key responsibilities. This role requires collaboration with both FOH and BOH team members to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+
