Server - Aspen Tap House
About The Position
A server is responsible for ensuring that each guest receives legendary food and legendary service during their dining experience. This role involves effectively using the POS system, following all steps of service, suggesting food and beverage items through salesmanship, and adhering to core values such as passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose. The server will also utilize the first-time guest program, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintain proper etiquette with staff and guests. Teamwork, participation in contests and line dancing, and maintaining a fun work environment are also key aspects of this position. Additionally, servers must maintain proper uniform and hygiene standards at all times.

Responsibilities

- Understands and effectively utilizes first time guest program.
- The ability to carry and tray.
- Practices safety and sanitation at all times.
- Completes proper opening and closing duties as per unit.
- Handles all cash, credit, and gift cards received during the shift and properly accounts for all monies at the end of the each shift.
- Maintains proper etiquette with all staff members and guests.
- Exhibits teamwork at all times.
- Participates in contests and line dancing during each shift.
- Has the ability to have fun at work.
- Maintains proper uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
