Server - The Haymaker Verrado
About The Position
The Haymaker Verrado is hiring experienced servers to provide warm, welcoming hospitality and create excellent guest experiences. Servers are expected to maintain a guest-first approach, contribute to a positive team culture, and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. The position is available on a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, and requires availability at night and on weekends. Duties include guest service, menu knowledge, cash and card handling, up-selling, side work, and food safety. Servers communicate guest concerns to a manager as appropriate and help customize each guest's experience. The advertised pay is $12.15 plus tips.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Friendly, warm, caring attitude and readiness to greet guests with a smile.
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
