About The Position

Denny’s Servers welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit. They take orders accurately, communicate them to the kitchen, and promptly deliver food and beverages. Servers recommend menu items and specials, help guests make selections, and invite them to join the Denny’s Rewards Program. They also maintain an organized dining room, process payments, and work with front- and back-of-house colleagues to support smooth service.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in upselling, making menu recommendations, and engaging guests.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a server, waiter, waitress, front-of-house staff member, or in customer service is preferred.
