As a Server at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, you’ll create a VIP experience for every guest with exceptional service, confidence, and charm.
Requirements
- 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced, premium venue
- Can work a packed venue and still make every guest feel seen
- Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends
- Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift
- Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch, timely table service with energy and professionalism
- Upsell classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
- Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
- Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with bartenders and barbacks to keep service flowing
