About The Position

Looking for Experienced Servers to Join the Wolf Pack at Wamesit Lanes! Are you energetic, personable, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Join our team at Wamesit Lanes as a Server, where no two days are the same! You’ll be the key to delivering exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced environment—whether in our Firewater Tavern, patio, or bowling lanes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to juggle priorities and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to teamwork.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences—every time.
• Employment contingent upon successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities — you love connecting with guests!

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps guests coming back.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Share menu knowledge—ingredients, allergens, and recommendations.
• Stay on top of our menu and specials to guide guests’ choices.
• Clear and reset tables quickly for the next group.
• Support teammates by running food, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing—even beyond your section.
• Assist with private parties and corporate events.
• Handle sidework such as restocking, cleaning, and setting up stations.
• Be proactive—jump in to seat guests, answer phones, or help wherever needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members and managers to keep shifts smooth.
• Stay aware of everything happening throughout the center to ensure a top-notch guest experience.
