About The Position
The Server will work at the Lakewood Clubhouse or Sweetwater Café & Pool at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, part of the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio. The role provides outstanding service in a lively, welcoming dining environment, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and helping guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Servers engage with guests in the outdoor patio or dining room and use their knowledge of the menu, which features items such as shareable appetizers, burgers, Woodstone pizzas, fresh local seafood, salads, pasta, and steaks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests warmly and help ensure a delightful dining experience.
- Learn the menu offerings and provide accurate recommendations and answers to guest questions.
- Accurately take and enter guest orders, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and ensure utensils, dishes, and tables are properly set.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support clear communication and efficient service.
