About The Position

Grinders Above and Beyond is a family-owned restaurant serving food with a staff since 1976. The Server greets guests warmly and works to provide an excellent dining experience. After training, the Server is expected to know the food and beverage items on the menu, set up tables in an assigned section, handle guest payments, and support the restaurant team. The role requires serving guests quickly and accurately and managing up to five tables per section.

Requirements

• Ability to handle five tables per section.
• Ability to perform assigned job tasks and support other staff.

Responsibilities

• Learn the food and beverage items offered on the menu after training.
• Greet guests warmly and help ensure they have a positive dining experience.
• Arrange and set up guest tables in the assigned section.
• Maintain a server bank, count back change, and cash out guests.
• Perform job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
• Support other staff as a team player.
• Serve guests quickly and accurately.
• Handle up to five tables per section.
