About The Position
Atria Senior Living is hiring a Server/Waitstaff to provide dining service to residents. The role includes setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, reviewing menus with residents, and helping new residents become familiar with dining at Atria. Servers assist with meal preparation, delivery, and cleanup for daily meals, banquets, and special events, while maintaining clean and sanitized dining areas and equipment. No experience is needed; paid on-the-job training is provided. The wage range is $15.69 to $18.83 per hour, dependent on prior work history and experience.
Responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
- Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
- Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
- Clean and sanitize carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining-room equipment.
