Formal Server/Waitstaff At Oconomowoc Lake Club job
About The Position
Oconomowoc Lake Club in Oconomowoc, WI is looking for part time servers/waitstaff to join our team. We are located at 4668 Lake Club Circle. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, reliable with a big smile! Experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Great hourly wage plus guaranteed 18% Service charge. Shifts include, but are not limited to: Memorial day - Labor day, Tuesday - Sunday lunch and dinner shifts. After Labor day, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. (Hours mainly are 4:30-10pm.) Some Sundays for holiday brunches. Extra hours available within the other departments for candidates looking or additional hours.
Requirements
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Punctual and clean appearance.
- Able to multitask efficiently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Open minded to learn new wines and beverages.
- Knowledge of how to open bottles of wine and serve them
- Knowledge of carrying large trays
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Must maintain a formal and professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Formal setting up and clearing of the dining rooms.
- Presenting the menu specials and helping our members select dinner options.
- Formal serving and delivering plated food and alcoholic beverages to tables. (Formal dining)
- Serve special seasonal member events.
- Delivering a memorable experience for our members.
- Opening and Closing set-up and cleaning duties.
