About The Position

Oconomowoc Lake Club in Oconomowoc, WI is looking for bussers, 16 years of age or older to join our team. We are located on 4668 Lake Circle. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. This job is perfect for first-time job seekers, high school students, or anyone looking to get into the serving industry. General part time Fall & Winter hours are 4:30pm - 9:30pm, Thursday - Saturday, and some events on an occasional Sundays.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests

• Must be 16 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a busser is a plus, will train motivated staff

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each member
• Reset tables, fold napkins and assist servers when needed
• Polish drinkware glasses
• Pour and Refill still & sparkling water as necessary
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station
