About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Server/Waitstaff to support residents’ dining experiences in a community setting. The role involves taking dining orders, providing customer service, supporting meal and event preparation and service, and maintaining a clean dining room. No experience is needed; paid on-the-job training is provided. The hourly wage range is $15.00–$18.00, depending on prior work history and experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
