About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a Server & Support Associate to join their team. This role is primarily responsible for providing excellent dining service to residents while also supporting other community departments as needed. This role is cross-trained in Concierge, Housekeeping, Life Enrichment (Activities), and Maintenance to ensure a high level of service and a well-rounded resident experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing needs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items as needed (up to 25 lbs)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, dining, or senior living preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional dining service to residents and guests
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure resident satisfaction during dining
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with front desk coverage, greet residents and guests, and help with basic requests or inquiries
• Support cleaning and upkeep of common areas and resident spaces as needed
• Assist with resident activities, events, and programs
• Provide basic support with light tasks or report maintenance needs as appropriate
