About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a Server & Support Associate to join their team. The Server & Support Associate is primarily responsible for providing excellent dining service to residents while also supporting other community departments as needed. This role is cross trained in Concierge, Housekeeping, Life Enrichment (Activities), and Maintenance to ensure a high level of service and a well-rounded resident experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, dining, or senior living preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional dining service to residents and guests
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure resident satisfaction during dining
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with front desk coverage, greet residents and guests, and help with basic requests or inquiries
• Support cleaning and upkeep of common areas and resident spaces as needed
• Assist with resident activities, events, and programs
• Provide basic support with light tasks or report maintenance needs as appropriate
