About The Position
At TreVista Senior Living, part of Agemark Senior Living, we believe dining is about more than serving a meal. It’s about creating a welcoming experience and building meaningful connections with our residents. We’re looking for an On-Call Server who is friendly, dependable, and ready to jump in when needed.
Requirements
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to help others
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Greet residents warmly and take meal orders
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner
- Assist with set-up, clean-up, and restocking supplies
- Support community events and special dining experiences
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
