The Server Lead supports daily dining room operations by ensuring service standards are upheld, assisting team members, and supporting guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
Responsibilities
- Support service flow and assist with dining room coordination
- Coach and mentor servers on service expectations and standards
- Assist with guest recovery and service escalations
- Monitor cleanliness, readiness, and organization of dining areas
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
