SERVER LEAD (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Unidine is hiring immediately for full time SERVER LEAD positions. This role involves taking and delivering food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The Server Lead serves as the point person through which all work-related requests are communicated to unit management. They are responsible for training and acclimating new associates to the company culture, the client's culture, and the operations. The Server Lead must demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients, promptly address and correct any complaints or issues, and assist in the selection and orientation of employees, overseeing staff training in areas of responsibility. This is a full-time position with shifts typically from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, requiring rotating weekends.
Requirements
- At least one year of prior restaurant, healthcare food service, or retail/customer service experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
- Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
