About The Position

Ganko Ittetsu Ramen, established in 2015, is a boutique authentic Japanese ramen restaurant located in Brookline & Braintree, MA. We are known as a high-end authentic Sapporo Ramen restaurant that does not rely on artificial flavors like MSG, uses fresh ingredients, and imports key ingredients exclusively from Japan. We are hiring a Server/Food Runner to join our team.

Requirements

• Must be interested in learning Japanese food and culture.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work dinner shift (4 pm to close).
• Must be able to work on the WEEKDAYS (Monday to Thursday).
• Must be a team player.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18+ since we serve alcohol.
• Must have valid TIPs Certification to be a server.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience preferred.
• Ramen lovers welcome!

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn about Japanese food and culture.
