Requirements

• Must have one year of Food Service experience.
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must possess a high level of customer service skills and strong oral communication skills.
• Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy.
• Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Point of Sale operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for interacting with Pool Guests and Members in a variety of different ways.
• Will provide a friendly and familiar service approach with our members and a polished professional demeanor when dealing with non-members or member guests.
• Shifts will be a mix of working outside on the pool deck or in the Grill itself.
• Be able to effectively and efficiently run POS system
• Deliver food and drinks to Members and Guests in a timely and friendly manor
• Ensure that all Member and Guest needs are met
• Manage communication between counter and line personnel
• It is the duty of all Food & Beverage personnel to promote and manage a seamless line of communication between all staff and members
