About The Position

Providence Place of Pottsville is seeking to recruit a compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents' dining experience. The Dining Room Server / Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes training new coworkers on proper dining room etiquette and procedures; ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of sanitation course (ServSafe) must be completed within 3 months of hire
• Service oriented
• Demonstrate a positive attitude
• Have a neat, professional appearance

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in dining or restaurant service
• Supervisory experience is a plus
