About The Position
Providence Place Lancaster is seeking to a Dining Room Coordinator / Server for our senior assisted living community. The Dining Room Coordinator / Server is responsible for the overall quality of the dining room service. The Dining Room Coordinator / Server ensures that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. The Dining Room Server oversees the dining room to create an organized, clean, safe, & pleasant atmosphere during meal times.
Requirements
- Superb customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must work well as a team and be capable of leading a team of coworkers in the dining room
- Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and/or hospitality procedures
- Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in dining or restaurant service
- Successful candidate will be service oriented, demonstrate a positive attitude, and have a neat, professional appearance.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Completion of sanitation course (ServSafe) must be completed within 3 months of hire.
