About The Position

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Fredrick, MD is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. Your attention to detail and compassionate service will ensure that our residents receive nutritious, delicious meals while dining in a welcoming atmosphere. Why Join Us? Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
