HallMar Village is seeking Full time and Part time Servers to join our team! HallMar Village is a joint ministry of Mercy Medical Center and Presbyterian Homes & Services. This senior living community offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartment homes as well as long term care suites. With the Village Center at its heart, the community offers inviting and comfortable living spaces along with outdoor elements including patios, courtyards, gardening spaces, and walking trails. Requirements

Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
