About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, service-oriented Server to join our team and help create a wonderful dining experience for our residents. In this role, you’ll take food orders, serve meals, set up dining areas, and promote menu offerings, while building meaningful connections that brighten our residents’ days.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Healthcare/skilled nursing home experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Set up tables and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere
Take meal orders and deliver dishes and trays to residents promptly
Clear tables and dining areas, collecting dishes, glassware, and utensils
Properly discard leftovers and manage waste removal
Clean food stations, dishes, cookware, and utensils
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Assist with basic kitchen tasks, meal prep, and maintaining equipment
Support expense tracking and menu planning activities
