About The Position

This role performs detailed pre-conversion readiness checks, executes server host swaps and data migrations, validates encryption, configures software and hardware components, performs post-conversion testing, and completes all required documentation. The technician is also responsible for troubleshooting issues during conversions and coordinating escalations or rollbacks when required. This role performs hands-on technical execution and works directly with store contacts during live conversions.
