About The Position
The Server Captain is responsible for taking and delivering food and drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. This role serves as the point person for communicating work-related requests to unit management, and is involved in training and acclimating new associates to the company and client cultures, as well as the operations. The Server Captain must demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients, and promptly address and correct any complaints or issues. Additionally, this role assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees the training of staff in their areas of responsibility. This is a position within Levy, a member of Compass Group USA.
