About The Position

Our Cabana Server is responsible for providing luxury service to our guests at our Cabana Outlet throughout the busy summer season, bringing your personality, service skills, and experience table-side. This is a full-time, seasonal position, beginning in December 2026 and ending in April 2027. Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60.

Requirements

• Serving It Right Certificate
• 2 years’ luxury food & beverage serving experience
• Experience with Point of Sales systems

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, personalized, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests.
• Serve, refresh, and clear in a timely manner, while adhering to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts standards.
• Ensure stations are properly stocked
• Takes proper measures to ensure guests bills are presented and posted in a timely manner
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage menus, upselling guests and delivering seamless service
• Communicate efficiently with the kitchen and support staff, to ensure excellence in service standards
