About The Position

Server/Beverage Cart Attendant provides our golf course guests with food and
beverage service on the Golf Course and in the clubhouse. We are looking for a
dedicated individual who will work to provide our guests with friendly efficient
service.

Requirements

• Must be able to work outdoors
• Must possess a valid Drivers License
• Weekend and Holiday availability a must
• Must be a team player in a busy and fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and Inventory of Beverage Cart/Clubhouse
• Responds to Guests questions and inquiries.
• Provides great customer service
• Follows all liquor laws that apply
• Has general beverage service skills
• Must be able to work outdoors, possess a valid Drivers License
• Weekend and Holiday availability a must
• Must be a team player in a busy and fun environment.
• Safely drive the golf course and maintain frequent and friendly sales and service opportunities with guests.
• Employ upselling and cross-selling strategies while informing guests about upcoming events and specials.
• Ensure the proper storage of all items from equipment to beverages and perishable foods.
• Knowledge of Golf Course Etiquette
• Maintain beverage cart in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Complete assigned side-work and prep-work.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Display knowledge of the F&B menu
• Takes guests food and/or drink orders and turns into kitchen, bar, etc
• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary
• Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures
• Keeps tables, dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organized
• Listen and respond to customer complaints
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
