About The Position

Wintonbury Hills Golf Course is excited to announce the career opportunity of a Server/Beverage Cart Attendant for our property. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. This position requires availability from early April to early November and includes weekdays and weekends. Staff members are required to work in the pub and as beverage cart attendants.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
