About The Position
Ondus is seeking a Server/Bartender to join our growing restaurant team! The Server is responsible for ensuring the dining room is neat and clean at all times, and all necessary goods are fully stocked. Also, providing service that is fast, friendly and professional.
Requirements
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Positive interpersonal skills required
- State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Consistently upsells both food and beverage items when taking the guests order
- Serves orders quickly - serves hot foods hot and serves cold foods as cold
- Attentive to guest needs such as keeping beverages full, serving condiments before food delivered and checking back with guests on their meal
