About The Position

This is a part-time Server Bartender position for the Sportsbook at Muckleshoot Casino Resort. The role involves providing excellent guest service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to all relevant policies and regulations. The position emphasizes exemplifying MCR's values and creating a positive dining experience for guests.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Hold and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required.
• Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required.
• 1 (one) year experience in bartending required.

• Bartending School or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed table, before, during and after guests are served.
• Take orders and present food to guests.
• Help guests select food and beverage items (i.e.: explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering food preparation questions).
• Keep wait station area clean and restocked.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Complete specific daily/weekly cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience.
• Conclude dining experience by thanking the guests and inviting them to return.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
